The Board
The Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team is administered by a Board of Directors composed of members of the Minto-Mapleton Family Health Organization and community stakeholders. The Board's role is to set strategic directions, develop high level policies, hire the Executive Director, allocate financial resources, approve, and monitor the MMFHT's Annual Plan.
The Executive Director and the Family Health Team's Medical Lead report to the Board, while the MMFHT's staff report to the Executive Director.
