Qualifications

  • Degree in Health Services Administration, Health or Social Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, ideally in primary care, community health, or rural health settings.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s primary care system, funding models, and policy landscape.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
