Memory Clinic

The MMFHT offers a Memory Clinic monthly at our Drayton site.  It is a multi-disciplinary team led by Dr. Norman and includes social workers, nurses, and the Seniors’ Centre for Excellence coordinator.

This clinic provides team based assessment and follow-up using specific diagnostic tools and investigative tests for patients with cognitive impairments. You will attend the clinic accompanied by your spouse or a family member.  Caregiver support, linkages to the community, and follow-up appointments are provided as needed.
